Fire & Ice

February 28th is Fire & Ice in Downtown Cranford! Here is the schedule of events taking place between 1-4PM:

• Speed Carving Competition and DJ: Eastman Plaza.
• Complimentary Face Painting: River and Rail Cantina
• King of the Wing Competition: Last year’s winner was Ani Ramen and they’re looking to defend their title this year! You can vote by scanning the QR code at participating locations or on the Downtown Cranford website: https://downtowncranford.org/vote-for-the-2026-king-of…/. Voting will close at 6PM and the winner will be announced on Monday. 19 restaurants are participating, offering a variety of wings including Crispy Miso Sake, Birria, Cheesy Korean BBQ, Spicy Bourbon, Sweet Heat Maple Buffalo, Strawberry/Habanero, Barbecue, and more! Wings are $5 for three.
• Complimentary S’mores & Hot Cocoa: Eastman Clock Plaza.
• Fire & Ice Olaf Breakfast at Toast from 8-11AM, no reservations required.
• Come to Cranford Theater at 4PM to see Happy Feet! The tickets are $5 and you will receive a $5 Downtown Cranford gift card upon arrival. Tickets can be purchased on the Downtown Cranford Eventbrite here: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/downtown-cranford-51374933663.
There will also be 13 ice carvings placed throughout Downtown Cranford! Thank you to our event sponsor, Brighton Air Corp and to our ice sculpture sponsors!
For parking, we recommend municipal lots, the parking garage, and the train station lot (South Avenue side).
