Dave and Cayla Ricca moved to Cranford three years ago and quickly fell in love with the town. One of the things they missed, though, was New York style bagels (crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside). “We had talked about opening a business in Cranford, due to its reputation as a great place for small business owners,” said Dave. “When we came up with the concept for a bagel shop, we began the search for a location and once we found it, our dream became a reality.”

Named after their daughter, Belle’s Bagels will be located at 11 North Ave East (formerly think d’sign print) and will be open 7 days a week from 6am-3pm. Dave brings his business background to the project, while Cayla is a big foodie and has been hard at work crafting a menu that offers at least 10 unique bagel sandwich creations. Look for the opening of Belle’s Bagels in the spring!
