As part of Fuwa Fuwa, North America’s largest soufflé pancake and dessert cafe brand, Fluffy Fluffy brings its signature Japanese-style soufflé pancakes to New Jersey. These ultra-soft, airy, and delightfully bouncy pancakes are a cross between a traditional pancake and a soufflé. Fluffy Fluffy also offers the unique specialty the Croffle, as well as a selection of classic brunch favorites. Fluffy Fluffy plans to open their Cranford location later this year.
