Earlier today, the Downtown Cranford office and Mayor Kathleen Miller Prunty joined with family and friends to welcome Link Up Jewelry to the business community! Located at 4 Centennial Avenue, Link Up Jewelry is owned by sisters Maggie Diamond and Jayme Cavanaugh. The sisters would hold Link Up Jewelry pop-ups throughout the area, but were hoping to find a storefront where people could stop in at their convenience.
“We talked to the previous tenant and she spoke highly of how community oriented Cranford is,” said Maggie. “Cranford reminds us of the town we grew up in and feels like home.”
The shop sells a number of permanent and fashion jewelry pieces, including necklaces, earrings, rings, and bracelets. Customers can also make custom pieces at the charm bar, and Link Up also offers private party options. Permanent jewelry pieces can be sized for people of all ages, including children. The permanent jewelry can also include special clasps so it can be removed for sports or other activities.
 
“We’re already looking ahead to the fall, especially Halloween,” said Jayme. “We have a number of ideas and look forward to collaborating with other businesses and being a part of community events.”
 
Link Up Jewelry is open Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday 10-2, Thursday 10-6, and Friday 10-4.
